Why sprinkler contractors choose ProTech CDS
Fire sprinkler design services
Accurate sprinkler drawings that pass the first time.
If you are a sprinkler contractor, you know the bottleneck is not installation, it is design. Waiting weeks for drawings, dealing with AHJ rejections, managing revision after revision. ProTech CDS is a national fire protection design firm with a dedicated sprinkler design team and PE coverage in all 50 states, available when your AHJ requires a seal, built to keep up with your pipeline.
What we design
Sprinkler systems designed in-house, special hazards on the alarm and release side.
Wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems are full-service sprinkler design: layouts, hydraulic calculations, and permit-ready drawings. For clean agent and foam-water suppression we design the fire alarm, detection, and release side (release circuits, detection, control panels, and sequence of operations), coordinated with a qualified specialty designer for the suppression and agent engineering.
Occupancy types include warehouses, big box retail, multifamily and residential, hotels, hospitals, data centers, high-rises, casinos, military installations, and more.
- Wet pipe systems (NFPA 13, 13R, 13D)
- Dry pipe systems
- Pre-action systems
- Deluge systems
- Clean agent and foam-water systems (fire alarm, detection, and release side)
- VESDA / early warning detection
- Sprinkler monitoring integration
No wait
Large project pipeline and multiple dedicated sprinkler designers, so your project starts immediately and nobody waits in line.
We're accurate
Hydraulic calculations and drawings checked against the NFPA 13 edition your AHJ adopted before delivery. Fewer RFIs. Fewer resubmittals. First-pass approvals.
We're invisible
Your title block. Your brand. Your client. We never advertise who we work with.
We cover all 50 states
One design partner, any jurisdiction, anywhere in the country. PE seals available when your AHJ requires one.
How we price sprinkler design
Priced per sprinkler head, not by vague square footage.
The head count reflects your actual design work, so you always know what you are getting and why. Pricing varies by system type, hazard classification, and project complexity. Request a quote through the portal. No extra charge for CSFM or data sheets. AHJ revisions due to our errors are included at no cost.
